The Fairmont Navigation Center Tiny Home Village was constructed to provide interim housing for the unhoused people. The Village is comprised of 28 individual tiny homes, and another 6 units inside an existing renovated modular building. Site amenities include sitting areas, a pet relief yard, and service yard. Residents also have access to services such as medical care, addiction counseling, job training, and meals. Each of the tiny homes includes a bed, table, small stove, refrigerator, and bathroom with a shower. Residents share an on-site laundry room. BKF provided the civil engineering design and land surveying services for the project.
