The Emeryville Center of Community Life is a 6-building, mixed-use community and educational facility, bringing together educational, health, family and recreational
services onto one central site. BKF provided the civil engineering and survey services for the complex, which includes approximately 160,000 square feet of new space, plus an additional 18,000 square feet of renovation.
