Overview

BKF provided civil engineering and surveying services for the LEED Gold‑certified Joint‑Use Facility at the Community College of San Francisco’s West Campus. The project involved extensive site improvements and incremental design packages to support grading, site preparation, and the import of more than 250,000 cubic yards of earth material required for the future West Campus development. BKF’s work also included stormwater treatment measures and full coordination across the 15‑acre Balboa Reservoir site, supporting the delivery of a modern, 92,000‑square‑foot facility designed to serve both campus and community needs.
