Burlingame Point Office Campus Amenity Building

Overview

The 18‑acre Burlingame Point site was transformed into a premier four‑building office campus featuring a range of modern amenities for both tenants and the public. As part of the redevelopment effort, BKF provided comprehensive civil engineering services, beginning with due‑diligence assessments of existing utilities and continuing through conceptual grading and utility design for the entire site. BKF worked closely with the landscape architect to develop the stormwater quality strategy, integrating sustainable design elements that support long‑term site performance and comply with regional water‑quality requirements.

The completed campus includes an amenity building with a 2,500‑square‑foot café, a pedestrian bridge that enhances site connectivity, and a re‑aligned roadway designed to improve circulation and access. A central plaza serves as the heart of the development, complemented by a landscaped rooftop terrace, trail connections, outlook points, and park‑like open spaces along the Bay. The site also includes a standalone parking structure to accommodate tenant and visitor needs. Together, these features create a cohesive, high‑amenity waterfront campus that blends workplace, recreation, and public access.
