The new two-story, 35,700 sq. ft. Burlingame Community Center was built over the existing facility’s site in Washington Park. The new building provides community spaces including an activity lounge, community room, music studio, classroom, art workshops, fitness studio, and teen center, among other elements. The new center also includes both underground and above-ground parking to accommodate visitors. BKF provided the civil engineering design and land surveying services associated with the project.
