BKF provided civil engineering design and land surveying services for the new Burlingame Community Center, a two‑story, 35,700‑square‑foot facility constructed on the site of the former center within Washington Park. The modernized building offers a wide variety of community amenities, including an activity lounge, community room, music studio, classrooms, art workshop spaces, a fitness studio, and a dedicated teen center. To accommodate visitors, the project incorporates both underground and above‑ground parking thoughtfully integrated into the site design.
