BKF provided surveying and civil engineering design services for the new LEED Gold certified 2.7- acre Civic Center at the Civic Park site. BKF coordinated with PG&E, AT&T, and Comcast to enable relocating the existing infrastructure and develop a joint trench composite plan. BKF developed a storm water quality control plan in compliance with Contra Costa requirements.
