The County of Riverside Borel Development Project is a 716-acre master-planned business park and airpark located in the French Valley area of unincorporated Southwest Riverside County. BKF is involved in the entitlement processing and preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to be prepared for the project to ensure compliance with and completion of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). BKF is providing Riverside County with environmental compliance support to complete an EIR focused on key technical areas for the Borel Development Project. The project site is comprised of 119.3 acres of vacant land with Borel Road west of the site and the road traversing the site with existing residential communities located west and south of the project site. MNS was previously under contract to provide due diligence support to Highpointe Communities. BKF is completing the Draft Initial Study (IS)/Notice of Preparation (NOP) document focused on the analysis of key issues within the EIR.
