Our work supported Apple’s ongoing retail and campus upgrades by delivering precise civil design, entitlement support, and coordinated improvements tailored to each site’s operational and aesthetic needs.
For multiple Apple Store remodels, BKF’s services included the redesign and relocation of sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian access routes, as well as regrading of entry areas, modifications to parking layouts, and the refinement of landscaped spaces. The team provided comprehensive surveying, including topographic mapping and background document research, along with detailed utility and grading plans that supported permitting and entitlement processes. Through close coordination with Apple’s design and construction teams, BKF helped transform existing retail facilities into full‑service Apple Stores that reflect the brand’s high standards of accessibility, functionality, and customer experience.
