​With a rapid schedule and design-build project delivery method, BKF worked diligently to assist the team in securing entitlements and building permits. Complicated by limited site area, topographic constraints, and minimal public drainage infrastructure, BKF developed a strategy to comply with NDPES C.3 stormwater quality requirements, which include three bioretention areas that capture 80% of the average annual runoff.
