Once complete, the 803 Belmont Avenue development will provide 125 affordable residential units designated for low-income families and formerly homeless veterans. The 5-story building will sit on a  1.5-acre site and is slated to include 6,500 sq. ft. of outdoor recreation space, a children’s playground, a club room, and a computer room. BKF is providing the civil engineering design and land surveying services associated with the project, including design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction support.
