Once complete, the 803 Belmont Avenue development will deliver 125 affordable residential units serving low‑income families and formerly homeless veterans. The five‑story building will be constructed on a 1.5‑acre site and will include approximately 6,500 square feet of outdoor recreation space, including a children’s playground, along with resident amenities such as a club room and a computer room. The site benefits from convenient access to nearby Caltrain stations. In addition to civil engineering design and land surveying services for the project, BKF provided design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction support.
