BKF provided civil engineering support for a 33‑story, 625,000‑square‑foot commercial high‑rise tower located near the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco’s South of Market District. The tower is constructed with a steel frame and glass curtain wall system and includes two subterranean levels that accommodate 180 parking stalls. As a zero‑lot‑line development, the project required precise coordination and site design solutions to optimize building footprint, circulation, and constructability within the tight urban surroundings.
