Located in Palo Alto, the 3045 Park Boulevard project features a new two-story research and development building on a 1.3-acre site. The site also includes an underground parking structure and surface parking to accommodate employees and visitors. As a Class A all-electric building, 3045 Park Boulevard has been designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible and has achieved several sustainable targets. BKF provided the onsite and offsite civil engineering design services associated with the project, including the utilization of unique approaches on the site to comply with Santa Clara County C.3 stormwater treatment requirements.
