1717 Webster is a 27-story luxury apartment tower with 250 units, 5,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 2,500 sq. ft. of retail space in Oakland’s Uptown District. The building also includes two-levels of below grade parking and three-levels of above grade parking. BKF’s services on the project included  ALTA, topographic and aerial surveys; site grading, and utility reviews culminating in construction plans and a due diligence report. We also provided entitlement, mapping, and construction documents, as well as CEQA and permitting support.
