BKF is honored to have been retained by the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) to create an Infrastructure Funding Strategies Assessment. Our directive is to identify funding sources that will help implement the water, wastewater, and transportation infrastructure needs of their Regional Housing and Infrastructure Plan (HIP). Among other tasks, BKF’s services will include a funding gap analysis and a comprehensive report of the most current local, regional, state, and federal sources of infrastructure funding.
