Vitina Mandella graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, and originally joined our San Jose team in 2004, where she worked for 11 years. In 2021, she returned to BKF, eager to work again with the people she had spent most of her career with. She was excited for the opportunities to work on projects with these team members, who make her feel supported and part of a team whose ultimate goal is to see everyone involved succeed. In her time away, she says the leadership team and structure has changed, but that this was a good thing; she’s excited about the fresh concepts and new ideas, especially having weathered the storm during the past two years during the pandemic.
