BKF Engineers is proud to announce the expansion of our executive team with the promotion of Devon Kurcina to Chief Development Officer (CDO). Devon brings over 25 years of AEC industry experience and has been instrumental in developing BKF into one of the top West Coast consulting firms.
Since joining BKF in 2003, Devon envisioned and developed strategic partnerships, enabling BKF to grow into new markets and expand our services. Devon is at the forefront of our industry and has helped shape BKF’s current brand and reputation with her market and industry knowledge. She is known for her ability to transform a vision into reality, as she developed and operationalized our high performing Business Development and Marketing team. Her distinct capability to develop business has led to the formation of BKF’s newest client service line, our Grants and Funding Service, which provides a full suite of grant development, writing, and administration resources for our clients in 2022.
As CDO, Devon will focus on developing and executing BKF’s strategic plan and growth strategies for all of our services and employee resources. She will continue to develop external partnerships, promote our award-winning culture, and collaborate with our team.
