Corporate Bonus – Every employee who has worked at least 1,000 hours prior to December 1st in the calendar year receives our companywide corporate bonus. This end-of-year bonus is directly tied to company financial performance metrics that are shared with all employees on a bi-monthly basis, allowing you to track how our collective performance affects the bonus amount throughout the year.
