Vacation – BKF offers Personal Leave Time (vacation) with annual accrual rates starting at 14 days per year, increasing based on tenure, and that never stop accruing. Accrued Personal Leave Time above 1.5x the annual accrual rate is paid out annually.

Sick Leave – BKF offers Sick Leave with an annual accrual rate of six days for all employees that never stops accruing. Once you have accrued nine weeks of Sick Leave, newly accrued hours are converted to vacation time at a rate of 2 to 1, effectively giving you another three days of vacation time per year.

Paid Holidays – BKF offers eight paid holidays per year. Our flexible holiday policy offers six fixed annual holidays and allows you to choose the two others.

Jury Duty Leave – BKF offers up to five days of paid leave per year to fulfill jury duty obligations.

Natural Disaster Leave – BKF offers up to five days of paid leave per year if you are displaced and unable to work due to a natural disaster.

Bereavement Leave – The death of a family member should not be compounded by worrying about a paycheck. You are provided up to three days of paid bereavement leave per year per family member.
