We are pleased to announce that Sean Tully has joined BKF’s Sacramento office as a Survey Project Manager. Sean has over 20 years of experience and comes to us from Phillippi Engineering, Inc., where he served as Survey Department Manager for the past 7 years. In this role, he was tasked with the management and administration of the department including providing direction to the office survey staff and field crew members to produce topographic surveys, boundary surveys, final maps & parcel maps, easement plat and legal descriptions, ALTA, and construction staking calculations for multiple subdivisions and private sites. He has provided surveying, mapping and construction staking for several large subdivisions in Vacaville, including The Farm, Vanden Meadows, Villages on Vanden, and Brighton Villages.
