BKF Engineers is excited to announce the addition of Chad Kumabe to our team as a Project Manager in our Water Resources group. With his extensive experience in water utility infrastructure and engineering, Chad is a valuable asset to our team. He brings a wealth of knowledge in capital planning, project delivery, and regulatory compliance, making him well-equipped to manage complex projects and contribute to the ongoing success of our Water Resources team.

Throughout his career, Chad has demonstrated his expertise in designing potable, raw, and recycled water systems, as well as conducting hydraulic modeling and technical documentation for multiple infrastructure projects. His experience includes managing capital budgets, preparing detailed designs, and providing technical support for water distribution systems, stormwater systems, and land development projects. Chad’s work has always been characterized by his thorough approach to problem-solving and his ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders.

Chad is passionate about driving high-impact, efficient projects and collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines. His commitment to clear communication, along with his technical expertise, aligns perfectly with the values of BKF Engineers.
