Roger Chung earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of California, Irvine, in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience, with expertise in hydrology, hydraulic and structural analysis for the preparation of drainage studies, drainage master plans, and design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water supply and flood control facilities. He has been involved in the hydraulic analysis and design of numerous water recharge and flood control projects in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Kern, and Ventura Counties.
