Jeannie Wiley is a seasoned transportation leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure programs for the State of California. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, mentored professionals, and built strong partnerships with public agencies. Known for her collaborative style and results-driven leadership, Jeannie brings strategic expertise in planning, funding, and program delivery, particularly in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
At BKF, Jeannie leads transportation initiatives across the southern Central Valley. Her public-sector background and deep regional knowledge strengthen BKF’s ability to support public agencies and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions. She fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in support of local communities.
Outside of work, Jeannie enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, and spending time with her family.
