Bruce Smith has extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our team focused on positioning BKF for continued growth and operational excellence.

Bruce’s career has been focused on financial analysis and strategy implementation, with additional experience in pricing and profitability management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Over the years, he has demonstrated success in streamlining operations, professionally supporting and guiding finance teams, and leveraging data to improve profitability.

Bruce’s focus is on planning, budgeting, and developing quarterly forecasts, while collaborating with our leadership and accounting teams to explore opportunities for growth. His approach centers on interpreting data to identify actionable insights, building a stronger foundation for BKF’s strategic initiatives, and advancing the “One BKF” vision across the organization.
