Adam brings broad civil engineering experience spanning both the public and private sectors. He has deep expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, pipeline design, and capital improvement projects. The client experience is at the heart of Adam’s work. His background includes leadership roles at national and boutique infrastructure firms, as well as experience in the public sector, where he worked for the City of Vacaville. His experience also includes working with multidisciplinary teams, leading over 25 pipeline projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives as well as technical standards.

Adam’s strengths include trenchless pipeline installation, utility coordination, and construction-phase services. He is also highly experienced in CAD standards, GIS integration, and QA/QC processes.
