Tina brings over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across financial institutions, architecture and engineering, and construction management. As Corporate Controller, she oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls—strengthening financial processes and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all functions. 

With a strong focus on operational efficiency and fiscal integrity, Tina works closely with leadership and project teams to support informed decision-making and drive the firm’s continued growth. “I feel really proud and validated when I help our team work better and provide greater value to our clients with the operational efficiencies we implement.” Her commitment to building strong systems and fostering collaboration ensures that BKF maintains the financial foundation needed for optimal performance. “Engineering excellence starts with empowered people. Outside of work, Tina’s world revolves around family. As a certified soccer mom, she spends weekends on the sidelines cheering, traveling to games, and celebrating with her family, both victories and valuable lessons. “Watching my son battle it out on the field allows me to live vicariously through him, while at the same time keeps me grounded on the values I hold dear – integrity, hard work, resilience and passion.”
