Tanya Bilezikjian will lead BKF’s enterprise strategy, guiding long‑range planning, mergers and acquisitions, and firmwide initiatives that advance the company’s growth vision. As Chief Strategy Officer, she partners closely with BKF’s leadership team to align strategic priorities across the organization and position the firm for sustained success. Tanya is recognized for her ability to drive complex, enterprise‑level change with clarity, purpose, and a deep understanding of industry dynamics. 

Tanya Bilezikjian is a licensed civil engineer with 25 years of experience shaping high-performing teams and delivering impactful infrastructure solutions. She began her career as a client-facing project manager, where she built a reputation for reliability, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving. In 2018, Tanya transitioned into executive leadership roles, bringing her technical foundation and people-first mindset to firmwide strategy and operations. 

Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff and Water Market Lead at MNS Engineers, engaging in operational excellence initiatives and strengthening the firm’s market position. Now, as Chief Strategy Officer at BKF, Tanya partners with the CEO on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and enterprise-level implementation, with the singular goal of building an extraordinary company. With ambitions to become the leading West Coast–based civil engineering consulting firm, BKF is on an exciting growth path, and Tanya is energized to help shape its future.
