Rodrigo Castillo leads and coordinates operational support services across multiple regions, helping ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery throughout the firm. Since joining the firm, he has played a key role in aligning regional operations with firmwide goals, best practices, and long-term strategic initiatives. 

In his role, Rodrigo oversees administrative, financial, and operational support functions, working closely with regional leaders, project teams, and corporate partners to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall performance. He is known for his strategic yet hands-on leadership style, with a strong focus on building collaborative teams, and creating practical solutions.

Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys traveling and immersing himself in different cultures, with a particular love for the food and energy of Mexico City.
