Peter Minegar leads BKF’s Planning and Government Solutions Division, bringing experience providing Planning and Engineering services to municipal and private sector clients. Peter has spent his career working on a wide range of planning and public works projects, ranging from General Plan Updates and Specific Plans to Transportation and Water Infrastructure.  

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from the University of Denver. Peter holds an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification from the American Planning Association and serves on the Association of Environmental Professionals Inland Empire Chapter Board of Directors. Prior to joining MNS, Peter held a range of leadership positions for an Engineering News-Record Top 35 National Design Firm. 

Peter spends his time outside of work mountain biking, running and spending time with his family.
