His expertise spans highway, bridge, rail and transit, port and marine, and aviation projects, providing clients with strategic guidance through every phase of project delivery.

Throughout his career, Matthew has led multidisciplinary teams, directed major construction management programs, and overseen projects representing more than $1 billion in construction value. A longtime Southern California resident, Matthew has built strong relationships with transportation agencies, counties, and municipalities across the region.
