Laurie Bertagna-Royal brings more than 30 years of expertise supporting construction and engineering operations. She has played a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth and operational excellence by overseeing more than 25 office relocations and openings, and advancing facilities and workplace initiatives that support expansion, integration, and long-term business objectives. 

Known for her collaborative leadership style and solutions-oriented approach, Laurie has led major technology and administrative implementations that modernize operations, improve scalability, and support a more effective, integrated workplace across the organization.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time in the mountains in every season—whether cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, or camping—and especially cherishes sharing those outdoor experiences with her granddaughter.
