Joe’s various leadership roles within the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and as Public Works Director of Naval Base Ventura County showcase his dedication to excellence. Following his military service, Joe continued his impactful work as the Director of Water and Sanitation for the County of Ventura, managing essential water, wastewater, and solid waste services crucial to the community.
