Devon brings more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, including a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area. She began her career in CEQA/NEPA planning for the National Park Service, National Forest Service, and private developers before moving into capital project management for the hospitality operators in Yosemite and the Grand Canyon. Since relocating to the Bay Area in 2015, Devon has built strong relationships with BKF’s clients across all markets and has played a key role in fostering collaboration across offices, practices, and service sectors. Since joining BKF in 2019, she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, providing strategic guidance that supports operational growth and strengthens client partnerships. Devon is deeply client-focused and committed to advancing business development initiatives that position BKF for continued success. She helps curate strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and owners to ensure BKF delivers effective, high-quality solutions on every project. In her leadership role, Devon remains dedicated to supporting projects that enhance local communities while driving BKF’s ongoing growth in the A/E/C industry. While not at work, Devon enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and hiking in the Sierra Nevada, traveling to tropical destinations (or anywhere for that matter!), endless yard and home renovations, spending time with friends and family, and watching her teen daughters in their school and sports activities.
