With a Masters in Legal Studies and 30+ years of construction delivery experience across California, Delorie leads the BKF enterprise risk management (ERM) efforts that keep projects moving—streamlining contract review, compliance, and documentation while balancing protection with agility. Known for reducing legal exposure without slowing project delivery, she applies curiosity-driven continuous improvement inspired by Walt Disney’s insight: “When you’re curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.” When not working, she enjoys family time and the comic relief of her Pugs, Griffen and Munro.
