Debra Leight brings more than 25 years of experience in public-sector planning and private-sector environmental project management. As the Environmental Practice Lead, she guides complex projects through every stage of environmental compliance, drawing on deep expertise with CEQA, NEPA, and a wide range of environmental documentation. 

Her work spans transportation, water infrastructure, and residential development projects across California, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to evaluate and mitigate environmental impacts while supporting sustainable solutions. Debra is also experienced in zoning and environmental consulting, CEQA-compliant reviews, and representing planning efforts in public meetings.
