His background spans community development, urban planning, housing programs, and large-scale capital initiatives, with deep expertise in grant administration, regulatory compliance, and the Department of Real Estate approval process.  Throughout his career, Damien has managed multidisciplinary teams, negotiated high-value contracts, and overseen multimillion-dollar grant and development programs for cities, consulting firms, and private developers. His work includes extensive leadership in CDBG and HOME program administration, affordable housing initiatives, economic development programs, and major residential and commercial projects.
