Andrew Esposito serves as Chief Financial Officer at BKF, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy and operations, helping position the company for continued growth and long-term success. As a member of the executive leadership team, he partners closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure BKF remains well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to its clients, employees, and communities. 

A growth-oriented finance executive with more than two decades of experience, Andrew brings a unique blend of corporate finance, operational leadership, and mergers and acquisitions expertise. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing finance organizations capable of supporting rapid growth, increasing organizational complexity, and sustainable value creation. 

Before joining BKF, Andrew served as Chief Financial Officer of WSP USA, where he led finance operations for an approximately $8 billion business with more than 26,000 employees across 300 offices. During his tenure, he helped scale the organization through a threefold increase in revenue and headcount. He also played a leadership role in 16 acquisitions and carve-outs representing approximately $5 billion in transaction value.  

His leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: strong financial performance and strong organizations are built together. Known for combining rigorous financial stewardship with a collaborative, business-minded approach, Andrew is passionate about helping organizations grow while preserving the culture, relationships, and values that make them successful.

Andrew is a devoted father of three and lives in Southern California. He enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking local trails, and cycling throughout the region.
