BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the 110 CFS stormwater pump station to convey the 100-year storm with a 48-inch force main. BKF also designed a stormwater treatment pond with a permanent water feature, aeration, circulation, and treatment. The stormwater siphon and open channel outfall to the Oakland Estuary. BKF’s work on the project required permits from ACOE, BDBC, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
