BKF was part of an interdisciplinary team for the conversion of an existing six‑story office building at 501 J Street into a full‑service, satellite medical office building totaling 209,000 square feet. The renovated facility accommodates specialty and primary care providers and includes supporting ancillary services such as in‑suite procedure rooms, imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy spaces, expanding access to comprehensive outpatient care within an urban setting.
