Since 1997, BKF has administered Vandenberg Space Force Base’s IDIQ Title II efforts. Our Construction Management team has overseen over $200M worth of construction projects—over 160 projects in total—on base, meeting all mission needs of Team Vandenberg without a single construction claim. We provided our services to the 30th Civil Engineering Group and 30th Contracting Group, and all projects were completed with an average change order rate of only 2%. Our construction management team works actively with the contractor to identify any potential problems that may arise long before they can become an issue. This hands-on approach has not only saved a considerable amount of time but has also proven to be fiscally responsible.
