BKF provided civil engineering and surveying services for the redevelopment of a 17.84‑acre site envisioned as a cutting‑edge commercial office destination in the heart of Silicon Valley. The project transformed the former property into a modern workplace environment designed to support leading technology companies and the surrounding community. BKF’s work addressed several key challenges, including stormwater management and water‑quality compliance, coordination of utilities associated with the central utility plant, and the integration of recycled water systems for toilet and other non‑potable uses.
The project also included a comprehensive traffic impact analysis, the development of a separate parking structure to support on‑site demand, and engineering for a central utility plant serving the campus. BKF prepared an ALTA survey covering nine existing parcels to support entitlement, design, and construction activities.
