The project focused on redeveloping a 3.1-acre site to support the development of a new Central Plant facility, designed to meet the growing infrastructure demands of Apple’s existing data center campus.

Stormwater management was addressed through a grading and paving plan that met C.3 discharge requirements, ensuring compliance with Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) standards and supporting long-term environmental performance.
BKF conducted a detailed topographic survey to support design development and permitting. During construction, our team provided staking services and coordinated closely with the contractor to avoid service disruptions to the active data center.
