The Hub At Stanford Research Park

Overview

The Hub at Stanford Research Park, located at 3215 Porter Drive, offers employees a centralized location to gather for social events, dining, and learning opportunities. Designed with the intent to reduce vehicular traffic on the Stanford Research Park campus, the Hub supports bicycle commuting, bike share, car share, and scooter share opportunities. Other amenities include work spaces, a bicycle repair shop, and outdoor spaces for wellness classes and other events, just to name a few.

BKF provided survey and civil engineering design services on the project for entitlements through construction completion. BKF supported the architect by reviewing the conceptual site plan and offering civil engineering input. We provided grading, drainage, and utility layout details to identify potential issues. Stormwater treatment features were sized to meet local sustainability standards.
