BKF is providing civil engineering services associated with the Hagar Development project located in the UCSC campus. The project proposes to reengage, after a four-year postponement, in the development of the permit drawings for the Hagar Development Site of UCSC. The civil plans at the time of the postponement were at a 95% design level. The team had an approved Stormwater Control Plan and a submitted SWPPP to the State. Based on the comments received during design development, BKF is preparing documents for construction. We are actively coordinating utility systems, hardscape, landscape and site grading with the team. BKF will further progress the design to verify that backgrounds, utility points of connection, accessible paths of travel, and stormwater treatment areas are designed and detailed to the level required by the contractor to bid and construct.
