We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Speziale to the BKF team as a Survey Manager! Daniel joins us from Leica Geosystems where he spent six years building strong relationships with our BKF survey managers and BKF’s clients. He has established himself as a trusted subject matter expert in instrument hardware, firmware, and software installations, as well as client development and client solutions.
Daniel brings a deep understanding of the Leica systems, which is BKF’s equipment provider, and a proven ability to coach teams on their features and functionality. Now, as part of our survey team, Daniel will provide in-field training and drive process improvements, leveraging his expertise to enhance BKF’s standard operating procedures and elevate our project delivery for the BKF Survey Market clients.
Daniel describes his approach to partnerships as creating “frustomers”—a blend of friends and customers—a testament to his personable and collaborative style. He is excited to contribute to BKF’s success and support the growth of our survey services with his adaptability and enthusiasm.

When he’s not at work, Daniel enjoys life as an outdoorsman, spending time with his growing menagerie of pets—from goats to turtles—and wakeboarding in the Sierra foothills.
