Vitalia Apartments, located at 3090 S. Bascom Avenue in San Jose, CA, is a 90-unit affordable housing project dedicated to offering high-quality living spaces for individuals and families. The 75,000 sq.ft. Vitalia Apartments project provides 79 affordable residential units. 39 of the units are designated supportive housing for the formerly homeless. The five-story building also includes over 619 sq. ft. of commercial space. BKF provided the civil engineering design and land surveying services associated with the project.
