Trinity Place, is a new a 1,900-unit multi-phase residential development less than one mile from San Francisco’s Civic Center. BKF was part of the team responsible for various surveying services associated with Phases 3 (a 19-story building along Eight and Mission Streets with 541 apartments) and 4 (a 17-story building with 502 apartments and 45,000 sq. ft. of retail space.) The construction activities of these buildings in such close proximity to the Civic Center BART station required proactive monitoring of sensitive structural components.
