The San Pablo City Hall Building replaced the City’s existing facilities with new council chambers, community rooms, commercial kitchen, administrative areas, and parking. BKF provided civil engineering design and construction administration for the new building, including the 120-stall parking lot, separate trash enclosure, and full utility services for the building. Work also included grading and storm drainage and integration of storm water bio infiltration areas throughout the landscaping.
