BKF is part of the Design-Build team constructing a new 120,000 sq. ft. 4-story Student Housing II Building near Desmond Hall along the American River. The new building will house approximately 350 beds, common study rooms, multi-purpose lounge, learning center, recreation space, and a free standing building containing a café.
