Russian River Brewing has been brewing award-winning beer since 1997, and they currently attract more than 300,000 visitors annually. Their beer creates a destination, drawing people from more than 40 countries. Their Pliny the Younger event brings more than 16,000 people and generates approximately $5 million in economic activity in just two weeks. With limited brewing capacity at their Santa Rosa facility, the owners of Russian River Brewing, selected a 15-acre site in the Town of Windsor. The site had a rural feel with open channels traversing the landscape and approximately 4 acres of jurisdictional wetlands, a perfect home for their new 85,000 sq. ft. facility with nearly 3-acres of parking and more than an acre of outdoor production space.
