Park Point is a tenant improvement project on a 30-acre site with three office buildings near Highways 237 and 880, VTA light rail, and the new Milpitas BART Station. Development amenities include a robust outdoor park environment that spans roughly 4 acres, a fitness and wellness center, food truck plaza, and outdoor working/lounge, just to name a few. BKF provided due diligence, mapping support, design development, and prepared construction documents for the project.
